1. COMMISSION:

By accepting and purchasing my artist commission services, you agree to all the conditions set forth below.
I claim all rights to the commissioned artwork.
Please do not use my art for ia art, blockchains, nfts or anything related to cryptocurrencies.
I can refuse the order if I am not able to fulfill, or it does not fit my style or skills.
I do not accept commissions with insufficient descriptions or without reference images.
Altering or redrawing the final artwork without my consent is forbidden. If you do this, I will not accept a commission from you again.
Personal commissions: You cannot resell my art, make merch or any source of income with it.
Commercial commissions: 50% + of the commission is paid, you can make merch and make a source of income with it.

2. COMMISSION PROCEDURE:

You can contact me by Twitter DM or by Gmail ([email protected]) and describe to me what the artwork consists of. Your commission details are greatly appreciated, remember that the more details given, the better your artwork will be (examples that you can detail: color palette, reference images, pose).
The commission is done in 2 weeks - 3 months. It all depends a lot on the complexity of the artwork and also on the workflow (waitlist). I usually work on several commissions at the same time.
To access the waitlist, the full commission must be paid in full.

3. PAYMENTS:

Payments are made through PayPal (usd)
You must pay the entire commission to get started.
Refund status:
If I have not started: I will refund 100%. (- PayPal fees).
If I have already started:I will send wthat I have completed, charge you for my work and refund the remaider of the bill.
Important!: Please, if you want to request a refund, contact me first. My accounts are at risk of compromised by platform policies. If you do this without notifying me first, you will go directly to a blacklist and I will never accept a commission from you again.

4. COMISSION PROCESS:

Step 1: In the first stage, the sketch of the assignment will be delivered. This is the moment to make major changes (composition, pose, elements, etc...).
* It is allowed to sketch over my drawing for corrections.
* Please, I want the artwork to be excellent to your satisfaction, but don't abuse me with continuous changes. Be clear.
Step 2: Once the sketch is approved, I will start with the lineart and render. For this reason, I can no longer make major changes.
* In this stage only minor changes and color changes will be made.
Step 3: Once finished the piece will go through your final review and once approved I can send you a link with your final commission(◜ᴗ◝)/

5. DELIVERY:

Artworks are delivered in a compressed .zip file via a drive link or email(please check that it is the correct email you use).
In case of emotes and badges, they will be delivered with a showcase with your name.
If you are going to post art on socials, please don't forget tagging me. Also, if the commission is emotes you can give me the rights to them from the twitch page.
